Ms. Shelton heads up our Austin, TX office and has been counseling Franchise/ Business Opportunity clients since 1993. She especially enjoys working with small business owners to assist them in "Expanding Their Brand." Since starting Shelton & Power with Mr. Power, she has been focused on providing affordable legal services to small businesses, updating clients on new FTC laws and State Regulations and working to limit liability within their Manuals. Mr. Power was awarded his JD from Barry University of Law in 2008. While at Barry, Jason led the chapter of an international law fraternity, competed in appellate advocacy competitions, and was honored by being published in the school's Law Review. After law school, Jason worked as a general Civil Litigation/ Family law attorney in Brandon, Florida before venturing out with Ms. Shelton to start Shelton & Power and manage the Tampa, FL office.
